Information on our processing times, how our fulfillment process works, shipping times, delivery issues, and more.
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Due to high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days during peak holiday seasons . For international orders, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.
To track your shipment, please refer to your shipping confirmation email, which includes tracking details and a direct link for your convenience.
Once your order reaches the fulfillment stage, you’ll receive a fulfillment confirmation email with tracking info. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after the carrier picks up and scans your package.

While tracking may show a successful delivery, USPS packages can sometimes arrive a few days later due to early delivery notifications or unexpected delays. In most cases, the package is delivered within 1-3 days. We recommend waiting a couple days, as it should arrive soon. Although less common with UPS, occasional delays can still occur.
The Hanna Leigh cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as:
- Severe weather delays
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Damaged packages marked as delivered by USPS/UPS
- Service interruptions

Yes! We ship internationally!
Please note that some APO/FPO locations may experience extended delivery times due to customs.
International shipping costs: $18 USD for Canada and $22 USD for all other countries.
We are not responsible for additional shipping costs for international orders. If a package is denied or returned, we will refund the cost of the items but cannot reimburse the original shipping charges, as these are the customer’s responsibility.

Unfortunately, our warehouse is not open to the public, and we are unable to accommodate in-person pickups. Thank you for your understanding!
Returns
Although we do not facilitate returns for refund, we are more than happy to facilitate returns for store credit! Learn about our return + exchange process.
We do not offer refunds, but we gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges for a different size or style within the United States.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges from the U.S. Virgin Islands or U.S. Military bases overseas at this time.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be clean, unworn, and free of smoke and pet hair.
- If an item does not meet these conditions, you may be charged for the item or have your return access revoked.
Items NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Jewelry
- Accessories
- Any item marked “FINAL SALE”
Orders
FAQs surrounding order cancellations, changes, missing/damaged/incorrect items, etc.
If your order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, we’re happy to assist with changes to order details or the shipping address. This may include size adjustments, item removals, or additions.
Orders typically begin processing within 24 hours of purchase through our specialized system. If fulfillment has already started, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as changes cannot be made after fulfillment has occurred.
