Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing and shipping orders.

We just don't grab these items off a shelf & stuff them into a bag - we make most of them just for you!
The Hanna Leigh is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address. Please double check all shipping information prior to submitting your order. Contact your local post office for any questions concerning missing packages.

RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with us! While we hope you are completely on fire about your purchase, we understand when you’ll need to send something back. 
Apparel items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if item has not been washed or worn and is free of odor and pet hair. While we do not process refunds, you have the option to exchange for a different size, style, or product or we honor returns for store credit. Funds will be available for you to use at your leisure.
All accessories, permanent marked downs and items sold at more than a 20% discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged. Please note that if you purchase an item at a discounted rate and return the item, the discount cannot be transferred to your next purchase. All sale codes are ONLY VALID during the time of the sale.  
Returns + exchanges currently only accepted within the United States
Unfortunately, due to system restrictions and requirements, we are also currently unable to process returns and exchanges from the US Virgin Islands or US Military bases overseas.
